Accounts Payable Specialist
About The Position
Federated Insurance is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to process invoices and payments, code transactions, review corporate credit card statements, resolve issues, and answer questions about accounting transactions for internal and external parties. We are looking for individuals with a strong attention to detail and accuracy, numerical aptitude, an ability to effectively work through and solve discrepancies, and communicate effectively with others. Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Numerical aptitude
- Ability to effectively work through and solve discrepancies
- Communicate effectively with others
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team environment
- Strong typing/data entry skills
- Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer

- A two-year degree in Accounting or business related field is preferred
