We’re hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist (Summer Help) at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.
The Summer AP Specialist duties include statement reconciliation, daily mail sorting, new vendor escalation, reviewing and distributing voicemails, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage time efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.

Nice To Haves

• Previous office work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of statements
• Sorting mail on a daily basis
• Provide New Vendor escalation
• Review voicemails daily and distribute accordingly
• Other duties as assigned to meet the business needs
