Responsibilities

• Processing invoices accurately and on time (you keep things moving)
• Managing vendor relationships and fielding questions
• Reconciling statements and resolving discrepancies
• Keeping approvals and documentation organized
• Assisting with month-end close
• Bringing structure and clarity to the day-to-day
