About The Position
TEKsystems is partnering with a leading telecommunications client to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist to support financial operations, inventory tracking, and nationwide shipment coordination. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented with strong reconciliation and systems experience, looking to make an impact in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Requirements
- Experience with AP/AR and account reconciliations
- Strong inventory management experience within digital systems
- Ability to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets for tracking and reporting
- Experience working with ERP, accounting, or inventory systems
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communication and strong problem-solving ability
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting logistics, shipment coordination, or telecom operations
Responsibilities
- Support Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring accuracy of invoices and payments
- Perform reconciliations to maintain financial integrity across accounts
- Manage digital inventory tracking through internal systems (no physical warehouse work)
- Coordinate and track nationwide shipments and orders
- Partner with finance, operations, and vendors to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and reporting using Excel and internal systems
