About The Position

Toyota of North Canton is seeking an experienced Automotive Accounts Payable Receivables Clerk. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, offering excellent benefits, a generous pay plan, and opportunities for growth within a large dealer group. The role involves various accounting duties, including posting invoices, reconciling statements, disbursing checks, balancing statements, preparing accounts for payment, and following up on past due accounts.

Requirements

• Automotive AP/AR Experience is Ideal
• Good understanding of automotive accounting office procedures and processes
• Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
• Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds a big plus
• Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds a Plus
• Preferred AR/AP experience in automotive dealership

Responsibilities

• Post invoices
• Reconcile statements
• Disburse checks
• Balance statements and finalize data
• Prepare accounts for payments and verify data in system
• Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks
• Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned
• Other Accounting Duties as Assigned
