About The Position

Falls of Neuse Management is seeking an Accounts Payable Processor in Raleigh, North Carolina. The role is responsible for accurately and promptly entering and processing assigned vendor and location invoices. The position supports Falls of Neuse Management, an employee-owned company that provides management support services for American Welding & Gas, Inc. and National Coatings & Supplies, Inc. from its corporate headquarters in Raleigh. The company operates in the sale and distribution of welding supplies and automotive industrial coatings, with operations in multiple U.S. locations.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including troubleshooting formulas and working with upload files and templates.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve invoice-processing issues.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Great Plains software.
Experience reviewing and analyzing Concur expense reports.

Responsibilities

Match vendor invoices with approved purchase orders using three-way matching, Excel-based templates, and TIMS/Boomi inventory and matching systems.
Analyze and resolve unmatched invoices.
Meet payment deadlines to ensure available discounts are taken.
Review and resolve past-due invoices or vendor statement credit balances.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from internal and external customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
