Requirements

  • Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; with one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Intermediate computer skills in word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • General knowledge of office protocol and procedures, and typing skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Ability to drive vehicles on Company business and meet Company’s established Driving Criteria, including maintaining a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Receive/open/distribute daily mail.
  • Maintain accurate vendor files for Accounts Payable and Purchasing and Procurement.
  • Maintaining appropriate office supply stock and order necessary office supplies as needed.
  • Scan and file accounting reports and documents monthly.
  • Distribute various monthly reporting.
  • Annually box up files for storage and create files.
  • Planning of celebrations and outings several times per year.
