About The Position

As an Account Representative for Russ Vorhis, a State Farm independent contractor agent, you support daily agency operations and help customers succeed. Requirements

Property & Casualty license.
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
Written, verbal, and listening communication skills.

Willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

Experience in sales, including outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
Experience managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to address those needs.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Respond to inquiries about product availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships.
