About The Position

As an Account Representative for Tim Bush - State Farm Agent, you support daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow the agency by building meaningful customer relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You proactively market relevant products and services to help improve customers’ lives. State Farm agents are independent contractors who market State Farm insurance and financial services products.

Requirements

Property & Casualty license.
Communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
Dedication to customer service.
Ability to anticipate customer needs.
Ability to effectively relate to customers.

Nice To Haves

Experience in sales, such as outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
Experience managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to address those needs.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
