About The Position

Superior Auto is seeking an Account Representative to deliver outstanding customer service, build lasting professional relationships, communicate effectively, and drive proactive collections. The role contributes to team success by meeting collection goals and supporting sales. Dealership hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, and Saturday, 9 am to 4 pm; there are no Sunday or late-night retail hours.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service or collections experience.
• Proficiency with computers, including familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record, including minimal moving violations in the last three years.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with professionalism and confidence.
• Determination to meet and exceed collection goals.
• Positive outlook, willingness to help others, ability to prioritize, composure in challenging situations, openness to learning and coaching, and ability to collaborate effectively.
