About The Position

Promotes the growth and development of Coca-Cola and its allied products by building trust with customers, executing promotional activities, and ensuring accounts are merchandised in accordance with company standards and the store Customer Marketing Agreement (CMA).

Requirements

High school diploma (or GED) or equivalent degree or certificate.
Ability to operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on iPhone and iPad devices.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license.
Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
Reliable form of transportation.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Interact with and build rapport with the decision maker at each customer location.
Place product orders for delivery while maintaining sufficient inventory levels for consumers.
Manage customer beverage sections, displays, coolers, and other points of availability, ensuring they are properly stocked, maintained, and rotated according to company standards.
Collaborate with merchandisers and bulk delivery drivers to ensure accounts are stocked and displays are built in alignment with company standards and store management.
Sell additional displays, new products, and other promotional items throughout assigned stores to increase sales volume and revenue.
Ensure Customer Marketing Agreements (CMAs) are followed throughout the year by regularly confirming their details with the KAM and the customer location general manager.
Maintain back-room and back-stock areas in a safely accessible stack formation within the assigned storage area.
Write up credits and confirm they are ready for pickup by the bulk driver.
Work with Red Auditors to identify inventive ways to promote and display products throughout large stores.
Attend assigned meetings and assist with special projects and events.
Cover merchandising duties when necessary.
