About The Position

Amgen is seeking an Account Manager/Specialty Account Manager to perform commercial activities in the assigned geography and build customer relationships that drive demand for Tavneos (avacopan) in approved patients. Tavneos is indicated as an adjunctive treatment for adults with severe active ANCA-associated vasculitis (granulomatosis with polyangiitis and microscopic polyangiitis), in combination with standard therapy, including glucocorticoids. This is a field-based role involving customer access and engagement in clinic and hospital settings, as well as through digital channels. The position works with healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, case managers, nurses, infusion centers, and internal partners to support appropriate treatment, patient access, disease awareness, and demand creation. The role promotes Tavneos within its approved labeling and applicable legal, regulatory, and industry guidelines.
