About the position
As a member of the Account Management team, you will have the opportunity to proactively grow client relationships and expand the business in Asia. Your main focus will be on developing and implementing solutions to address critical supply chain challenges for global Freight Forwarding clients. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally to execute client strategies and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for achieving team success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and launch new solutions for global Freight Forwarding clients
- Accelerate the growth of all services across the Flexport Portfolio
- Identify expansion opportunities with existing accounts to grow Flexport's share of wallet
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to develop and execute client strategies
- Create alignment of executive level customer contacts and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry and supply chain developments to support clients through change
- Deliver innovation and drive results
- Work with global team matrices to drive desirable solutions and results
- Build client relationships globally and leverage them to grow business partnerships
