About the position
As a member of the Account Management team, you will have the opportunity to proactively grow client relationships and expand the business in Asia. Your main mission will be to build and implement solutions to address critical supply chain challenges. Additionally, you will focus on expanding Flexport's share of wallet with existing clients and identifying new targets in the Asia Pacific region. This role requires cross-functional collaboration and the ability to develop and execute client strategies to maximize outcomes. Keeping up-to-date with industry and supply chain developments is also crucial in order to proactively educate and support clients through change.
Responsibilities
- Develop and launch new solutions for global Freight Forwarding clients
- Accelerate the growth of all services across the Flexport Portfolio
- Identify expansion opportunities with existing accounts to increase Flexport's share of wallet
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to develop and execute client strategies
- Create alignment of executive level customer contacts and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry and supply chain developments to support clients through change
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and track record of delivering innovation and driving results
- Work with global team matrices to drive desirable solutions and results
- Build client relationships globally and leverage them to grow the business
