About the position
The job overview for the Account Management Team Lead position is to lead a team of Account Managers and develop successful relationships with partners in the UK and Europe. The main responsibilities include driving revenue and ensuring retention, supporting the Content team in bringing in new business, and evolving strategies in line with DICE product developments and industry trends. The ideal candidate should be passionate, humble, and talented, with excellent knowledge of how venues and promoters work. They should also have experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management, strong financial results, and proven experience as a manager and coach within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Building relationships with partners to drive revenue and ensure retention
- Maximizing partner success by tracking sales performance, surfacing key insights, and deploying strategies
- Leading and coaching a team of Account Managers in the UK
- Working with the Account Director (UK) and Director of Account Management (EMEA) to develop market strategy
- Collaborating with other teams across the business on high-impact projects
- Providing thought leadership using knowledge of DICE and industry best practices
- Supporting the Content team in winning new business
- Leading team culture, collaboration, and communication to achieve shared success
- Keeping up-to-date with DICE product developments and industry trends to evolve partner event strategies
- Excellent knowledge of how venues and promoters work, with experience in the UK ticketing industry being a plus
- Experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Track record of managing and delivering strong financial results
- Proven experience as a manager and coach within a fast-paced environment
- Strong marketing, social media, analytics, and commercial skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
