Responsibilities
- Provide training on DICE tools, apps, and procedures to partner venues and promoters
- Deliver first-class support on ticket or tool queries
- Provide technical support to partners, including updating, testing, and setting up DICE devices
- Organize and distribute hardware for partners
- Coordinate box-office planning and on-site operations at partner venues and festivals
- Coordinate shifts and ensure the right profile for DICE Reps to cover event requirements
- Support the Access Control process and scan tickets if needed
- Coordinate fan queues
- Fulfill administrative work and stay up to date with the latest DICE technology
- Share feedback collected at events
- Work office hours as well as on-site hours, with workload determined by market and events

Requirements
- Experience in the live music events environment
- Ability to provide training on DICE tools, apps, and procedures
- Strong technical support skills, including updating, testing, and setting up DICE devices
- Ability to coordinate box-office planning and on-site operations at partner venues and festivals
- Experience in coordinating fan queues
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Knowledge of the latest DICE technology
- Ability to provide first-class support on ticket or tool queries
- Flexibility in terms of working hours and schedule
