Head of Product Design

We are seeking an exceptional design leader to join our team as the Head of Product Design in London. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary design team and designing the best experience for fans, venues, and artists across our apps and websites. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in building and leading scaled product design teams, a passion for company scaling, and a strong vision for both the product and culture.

• Lead a multidisciplinary design team across digital products
• Hire and coach a team of product designers, design managers, content designers, and user experience researchers
• Evolve the design process and systems to deliver exceptional quality solutions
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to develop long-term product strategy and ambitious vision for the product culture
• Foster a culture of design thinking across the company
• Manage and create an environment for designers to flourish and do their best work
• Partner with Growth Lead for initiatives enabling short and long-term growth
• Manage a high performing scaled Design team with a strong mobile DNA
