About The Position

Hibu is hiring an Account Executive for an outside sales role selling digital marketing solutions to small businesses. The position offers a base salary, expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, uncapped commissions, and monthly bonuses. Target earnings are $90,000–$100,000 in Year 1 and $110,000–$120,000 in Year 2, with the opportunity to earn more through uncapped commissions and bonuses. The role uses a hybrid sales environment, combining home-office and in-field work. Hibu provides three weeks of classroom training, followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job, along with ongoing companywide support. Responsibilities

Sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership-selling model.
Offer websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO.
Cold-call business owners and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
Grow a personal book of business by helping small businesses succeed and retaining clients through strong account management.
Earn residual commissions for retaining clients.
Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
Build strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries.
