About The Position

As an Educational Tour Consultant, you will manage a geographic territory of schools in the United States and run it like your own business. You will connect with educators and partner with them to create international travel programs, selecting tours that fit students’ interests and learning needs. You will help teachers build excitement in their communities, enroll students, prepare groups for departure, resolve challenges, and encourage repeat business. The role combines sales and customer service to make travel-based learning an essential part of education and drive sustainable territory growth. Onboarding, ongoing training, and career development support are provided. The role is based in the Boston office, with the flexibility to work from home one day a week. It involves frequent outreach and calls, account forecasting, supporting teachers and groups through the full tour cycle, and adapting priorities to the school calendar. Tour Consultants also have opportunities for business travel. First-year on-target earnings are $60,000, comprising a base salary starting at $50,000 and $10,000 in bonus potential, with uncapped bonus potential for exceeding sales goals. OTE increases to $70,000 after 12 months. After 24 months, employees may apply for a senior sales position with an $85,000 OTE; advancement is an opportunity, not a guarantee.
