CodeNinja•Dallas, TX
•$75,000 - $85,000•Onsite

About The Position

CodeNinja is building its Dallas revenue team and seeks an early-career Account Executive or strong Sales Development Representative ready for more responsibility. The role focuses on turning customer problems into qualified opportunities and paid engagements for CodeNinja’s AI products and services, working with commercial leadership and technical colleagues. CodeNinja helps organizations deploy advanced AI in their own environments, including settings where data and systems must remain within the customer’s walls. Its offerings include AI ontologies, infrastructure, agentic memory systems built around open-weight models, and CodeNinja Atoms, which brings this work to physical operations with Praxis and Hyper Ontology. This is a full-time, onsite position in Dallas, Monday through Friday. The first 90 days are structured around learning the offerings and customer use cases, establishing consistent prospecting and leading supported discovery, then maintaining a credible qualified pipeline with documented next steps and opportunities advancing toward scoped engagements. The hiring process begins with an application and a short four-question recorded interview. Candidates have five calendar days to submit approximately nine minutes of recording and may make up to two takes per answer. A person reviews responses before a live sales conversation. Candidates may reply to their invitation for an accessible alternative or technical help and should not share confidential customer or employer information. Annual base salary is USD 75,000–85,000, with target variable compensation of USD 50,000–60,000 and total on-target earnings of USD 125,000–145,000. OTE is not guaranteed and depends on meeting agreed targets. Commission is uncapped; a written plan will define targets, crediting, and payment terms. Benefits and employment terms will be explained during the process.
