About The Position

Corpay is hiring an Account Executive for its US Vehicle Payments division, focused on the North American Fuels business. The role drives new sales and manages the early life cycle of customer accounts for products designed for commercial fleets. It is an on-site position at Corpay’s Brentwood, Tennessee office, with an assigned workspace, company-issued equipment, and formal hands-on training. The Account Executive reports directly to the VP, Local Fleet Sales and works closely with Fleet field sales teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven success in outbound sales.
• Ability to work on-site at the Brentwood, Tennessee office.
• Above-average abilities in discovery, objection handling, consensus building, rational drowning, and asking for business.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal aptitude.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in B2B sales or in the US transportation or payments industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through cold calling from a pre-built database, self-sourced prospecting, presentations, networking, and referrals.
• Engage prospective clients and present Corpay’s product offerings to promote and close sales.
• Convert leads and prospects into customers using effective closing skills.
• Build client rapport and manage the early account experience, including onboarding, customer education, and client transitions.
• Use Salesforce.com to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
