The company serves more than 2,000 startups and SMBs and has teams across the United States, Latin America, and India. The Account Executive reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager and is responsible for converting startups and SMBs into Inkle customers. The role works closely with sales, marketing in Bengaluru, customer success, and product teams. It involves using AI and sales tools to research and contact prospects, managing pipeline and forecasts, representing Inkle at local events, and sharing customer feedback with product and marketing. The position follows Monday-to-Friday normal US business hours in the employee’s time zone, with some early-morning calls to coordinate with the Bengaluru team. Travel to the San Francisco office and to events and conferences across the US may be needed.
