About The Position

The Account Executive will build new business in critical-infrastructure software, with territory ownership focused on electric utilities, an established customer base, and autonomy to work directly with sales leadership. The employer is a growing, private equity-backed software company helping electric utilities and other highly regulated organizations connect workforce training, qualifications, scheduling, and compliance. The role owns full-cycle new-logo sales and revenue expansion through existing customers and partners. Typical deals carry $60,000–$80,000 in annual contract value on three- to five-year terms. Expansion cycles are around three months, while electric-utility new-logo sales cycles generally run six to twelve months. The position is fully remote within the United States, with occasional travel for conferences and industry events. The compensation range is $100,000–$130,000 annual base and $200,000–$260,000 annual on-target earnings, with flexibility above the advertised range for an exceptional fit. OTE includes base salary plus target commission at plan and is not guaranteed. Commission is uncapped.
