Urrly•Dallas, TX
•$100,000 - $130,000•Remote

About The Position

The Account Executive will build new business in critical-infrastructure software, with a territory focused on electric utilities. The role owns full-cycle new-logo sales and revenue expansion through existing customers and partners, with territory autonomy and direct access to sales leadership. The company provides software that helps electric utilities and other highly regulated organizations connect workforce training, qualifications, scheduling, and compliance. Typical deals are $60,000–$80,000 in annual contract value on three- to five-year terms. Expansion sales cycles are around three months, while electric-utility new-logo cycles generally take six to twelve months. The position is fully remote within the United States, with occasional travel for conferences and industry events. Compensation is a $100,000–$130,000 annual base and $200,000–$260,000 annual on-target earnings, with flexibility above that range for an exceptional fit. OTE is base plus target commission at plan and is not guaranteed; commissions are uncapped.
