About The Position

Xplor Technologies is hiring a self-driven Account Executive for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a commission-only, residual-income opportunity with a portfolio ownership component, focused on selling payment-processing solutions to local businesses. The role is fully remote, with work in the field within the team region, and includes training and support while the Account Executive works independently. Requirements

At least 2 years of B2B outside sales experience; this is described as preferred.
Strong consultative selling skills, including the ability to explain technical payment concepts in clear business terms.
A valid current driver's license and auto insurance.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking, with a hunter mentality.
Comfort with face-to-face selling; resilience, self-motivation, and goal orientation.
Legal authorization to work in the United States and residence within the United States.
Alignment with the company's core values.

Responsibilities

Visit local businesses and conduct door-to-door sales to offer payment-processing solutions.
Educate business owners about ways to save money and streamline transactions.

Work independently while collaborating with the team as needed.
