About The Position

Xplor Technologies is hiring a self-driven Account Executive for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based, commission-only residual sales opportunity with portfolio ownership, activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residual income. The role is fully remote, with fieldwork in the candidate’s team region, and includes training and support while working independently. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside within the US.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (listed as preferred in the posting).
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to explain technical payment concepts in clear business terms.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking, with a hunter mentality.
• Effective communication and closing ability; comfort with face-to-face selling; resilience, self-motivation, and goal orientation.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and reside within the US.

Nice To Haves

• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience.
• Door-to-door sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Visit local businesses door-to-door to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners about ways to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close sales and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and residuals.
• Work independently while using the provided support and training.
• Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
