About The Position

Workstreet is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join its growing go-to-market team. The role is for a consultative enterprise seller who owns the full sales cycle at the intersection of cybersecurity, compliance, and services. The Account Executive advises prospects on compliance challenges and develops expertise in security and compliance frameworks. The role covers Workstreet’s Upmarket segment, defined as companies with 1,000 or more employees. The Account Executive manages pipeline opportunities and owns assigned partner relationships, developing co-sell pipeline alongside direct sales. It requires a reliable high-speed internet connection, a professional home office suitable for confidential conversations and collaboration, and the ability to travel locally for occasional onsite meetings, team gatherings, or business activities. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. Hiring includes live video interviews with the camera on, identity verification, and background screening where permitted by law.

Requirements

  • Experience selling primarily to larger companies; experience with companies of 10,000 or more employees is ideal.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office environment suitable for confidential conversations and uninterrupted collaboration.
  • Ability to work a standard schedule of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM in the employee’s local time.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Participation in live video interviews with camera on and identity verification during recruitment and onboarding; employment is contingent on identity verification and background screening where permitted by law.
