About The Position
The Account Executive is responsible for generating new business revenue each month and contributing to individual and team goals. The role focuses on building a book of business by developing referral relationships with professionals in the real estate and mortgage industries, then working with clients to understand their insurance needs, review options across a broad carrier portfolio, and recommend customized solutions to mitigate household risk. The agency provides training in Salesforce, sales process management, business development, and related areas. This position is with a locally owned and operated Goosehead Insurance franchise; the franchise Agency Owner, rather than Goosehead Insurance Agency, LLC, is the employer and makes employment decisions.
Requirements
- Pass the state licensing exam after being hired.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- B2B or B2C sales experience, or a related college major.
- Competitive attitude.
