About The Position

The Account Executive is responsible for generating new-business revenue each month and contributing to individual and team goals. The role focuses on building a book of business by developing referral relationships with professionals in real estate and mortgage industries, then helping clients identify insurance needs and select tailored coverage from a broad carrier portfolio. The agency provides training in Salesforce, sales process management, business development, and related areas. This opportunity is with The Fuller Agency, a locally owned and operated Goosehead Insurance franchise; if hired, the franchise owner—not Goosehead Insurance Agency, LLC—will be the employer and will make employment decisions.

Requirements

• Pass the state licensing exam after being hired.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• B2B or B2C sales experience, or a related college major.
• Competitive attitude and networking abilities.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving mentality.
• Self-motivated, hands-on, self-starter mindset, with the ability to do the work.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new-business revenue monthly and work toward individual and team goals.
• Build a book of business by prospecting and establishing referral-partner relationships with professionals in the real estate and mortgage industries.
• Understand clients’ insurance needs, analyze options from a large carrier portfolio, and provide customized solutions to mitigate household risk.
