About The Position

OpenTable, part of Booking Holdings, is an industry leader that helps restaurants thrive through technology for restaurant operations and diner discovery. The Account Executive will drive growth of OpenTable’s dining network by identifying, consulting with, and onboarding new restaurant partners in an assigned territory. The role acts as a business leader and trusted advisor, showing restaurant owners and operators how the platform can optimize operations, improve guest experiences, and increase revenue. The position manages the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and uses local market insights to inform company-wide product and marketing strategies. The territory is Eastern Massachusetts, with a preference for someone living within a 30-minute drive of Boston. This is a field sales role, with more than 50% of time spent in the market and local travel for in-person meetings and product demonstrations. The role entails managing a book of business independently and meeting acquisition goals. The work schedule is tailored to a global workforce; although responsibilities will mostly align with conventional business hours, communications outside regular hours may be needed to collaborate with international colleagues, respond to restaurant partners, or address urgent matters.
