About The Position

Visual Edge IT is seeking an energetic, goal-driven Account Executive to build customer relationships, drive new business, and deliver technology solutions that help clients gain a competitive advantage. The role involves consultative selling across the company’s services and offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commission and additional bonus opportunities for top performers. On-target earnings are $100,000+ annually, with no ceiling on earning potential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and solve problems independently.
• Team-oriented mindset and ownership of work performed.
• Ability to assess customer needs and deliver clear, compelling solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Valid state driver’s license.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert during customer interactions.
• Use consultative selling techniques to position and present services to customers.
• Develop new business through prospecting and lead generation.
• Manage marketing-generated leads and convert them into closed sales.
• Build additional opportunities within existing accounts through Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Develop and deliver professional proposals and quotes for clients.
• Achieve activity goals, including cold calls, appointments, and proposals.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales quota.
• Participate in sales blitzes and company-wide initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
