About The Position

Delta Defense is hiring a Bilingual Account Executive (Outside Sales) for El Paso, Texas. The role represents the U.S. Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) in a face-to-face, relationship-driven sales position focused on earning trust and educating responsible Americans about membership, training, education, and self-defense liability protection. The work involves engaging with firearms instructors, range owners, retailers, training partners, and prospective members through conversations and group presentations. Working fluency in Spanish and English is strongly preferred. The first five weeks are a required paid training program, including on-site orientation at company headquarters, self-paced learning, and virtual and in-person instructor-led classroom training. Candidates must be fully available throughout the training program. Compensation includes a $70,000 annual base guaranteed for the first 12 months and a 12% flat commission on eligible new USCCA memberships and spousal add-ons. Commissions become payable after a member remains active for 90 days and are paid on the 10th of the fourth month after the sale. The role also offers mileage reimbursement, a tax-free car allowance, and a monthly cell phone allowance.
