About The Position

A Place for Mom (APFM) is seeking a strategic, results-driven Account Executive to grow its home care segment by developing and expanding partnerships with home care franchise systems, multi-location operators, and corporate organizations that own or manage multiple home care agencies. This enterprise sales role focuses on engaging executive-level stakeholders, building APFM’s value story, and securing corporate partnerships and large-scale orders that increase agency participation, referral volume, and network capacity across affiliated locations. The Account Executive takes a consultative approach to complex enterprise sales, navigating organizational structures and influencing corporate leadership, franchise business coaches, and individual agencies. The role works closely with Home Care Acquisition Managers, who support grassroots adoption and agency-level sales, and Customer Success Managers, who lead onboarding, enablement, and retention. Success means establishing APFM’s value with strategic accounts and winning corporate orders that expand network capacity, agency participation, and referral volume. The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise seller with consultative sales success, executive presence, analytical rigor, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward shared commercial goals. The position is remote and involves an estimated 25% travel. Base salary is $122,500, with a bonus of $82,075.
