About The Position

The Account Executive builds a book of business and contributes to monthly new-business revenue goals at both the individual and team levels. The role includes extensive training in Salesforce, sales process management, business development, and related areas. The Account Executive develops referral relationships with professionals in real estate and mortgage industries, works with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyzes options across a broad carrier portfolio, and provides customized solutions to mitigate household risk. The position is with a successful, independently owned Goosehead Insurance franchise agency; the franchise Agency Owner, rather than Goosehead Insurance Agency, LLC, is the employer and makes employment decisions.

Requirements

• Pass the state licensing exam after hiring.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Have experience in a fast-paced work environment.
• Have B2B or B2C sales experience, or a related college major.
• Demonstrate a competitive attitude, networking abilities, and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Have a problem-solving mentality and a self-motivated, hands-on, self-starter mindset.
• Have strong time-management skills, attention to detail, and organization.
