About The Position

Universal Ads, part of Comcast, provides businesses access to premium and brand-safe video and connected TV inventory, combining content from influential media companies with a familiar social-ad-buying experience. The Account Director will grow Universal Ads’ Performance Advertising business among SMB agencies, lead-generation partners, and multi-location home and professional services brands. The Account Director will work cross-functionally with customer success, product, measurement, partnerships, marketing, and leadership to ensure the roadmap meets performance marketers’ needs. The position also represents Universal Ads to customers and at industry events, and involves independent judgment and discretion on significant matters. Employees are expected to follow Comcast’s Operating Principles, put customers first, learn and advocate for its technology and services, collaborate, contribute to the Net Promoter System, drive results and growth, support inclusion, and act responsibly toward colleagues, customers, investors, and communities. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though equivalent coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience may be considered. The role lists 7–10 years of relevant work experience. New York base pay is listed as $141,508.79–$212,263.18; the California estimated pay range is $106,131.59–$196,539.98. Targeted commission is $100,000, with potential for additional upside for sales target overachievement.
