About The Position

Universal Ads, part of Comcast, helps brands of all sizes buy and make commercials across premium video, reaching qualified audiences at scale. It combines premium, brand-safe video content from influential media companies with the ease of social ad buying. Universal Ads is building a simpler way for businesses to access premium video and connected TV inventory at scale. The Sr. Sales Director will grow the business across SMB agencies, lead-generation partners, and multi-location home and professional services brands. The role works with leadership to develop a go-to-market strategy, build a qualified pipeline, convert market momentum into revenue, and shape how Universal Ads sells to these audiences. The director will also develop a credible performance narrative for marketers accustomed to search, social, and other lower-funnel channels, and collaborate across teams to ensure the product roadmap meets performance marketers’ needs. This role requires independent judgment and discretion in significant matters, regular and punctual attendance, and the ability to work nights and weekends on variable schedules as necessary. The position is expected to represent Universal Ads with customers and at industry events. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though Comcast may consider equivalent coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience. Relevant work experience of 10 years or more is listed.
