The successful candidate will understand the CTV landscape and how premium video can serve performance-focused advertisers. They will build customer relationships, open new business, develop a credible performance narrative for CTV, and translate market feedback into insights that help shape the product and sales approach. The role works closely with leadership and cross-functional partners to establish a scalable go-to-market strategy and sales motion for businesses focused on downstream outcomes.

  • Deep understanding of measurement frameworks, including pixel-based attribution, platform reporting, incrementality testing, geo tests, conversion lift studies, and measurement triangulation.
  • Ability to explain premium video and CTV as credible performance channels to advertisers historically focused on search, social, affiliate, and lower-funnel channels.
  • Strong understanding of performance media buying behavior, attribution challenges, creative testing, optimization, and how businesses and agencies allocate and scale budgets.
  • Ability to develop engaging narratives and storytelling in a numbers-, measurement-, and performance-focused industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Comcast may also consider coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.

Nice To Haves

  • TV/CTV and performance marketing sales experience.
  • Experience in a high-growth, early-stage, or build-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Activate priority client targets, develop a qualified pipeline, and convert market momentum into durable revenue growth.
  • Evolve the sales approach for each segment, including positioning, pitch narrative, measurement approach, industry presence, and account prioritization.
  • Translate CTV’s downstream effects into a credible performance narrative for advertisers traditionally focused on search, social, and other lower-funnel channels.
  • Work with customer success management, product, measurement, partnerships, marketing, and leadership to ensure the roadmap supports performance-minded marketers.
  • Engage with sophisticated performance marketers and identify what Universal Ads must demonstrate to earn budget.
  • Educate customers on how CTV and premium video complement paid social, search, affiliate, programmatic, and other customer acquisition channels.
  • Represent Universal Ads credibly and confidently with customers and at industry events, demonstrating understanding of the SMB and performance advertising ecosystem.
  • Help shape and build the business with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Follow Comcast’s Operating Principles; prioritize customer experience, learn and advocate for the company’s technology and products, collaborate as a team, participate in the Net Promoter System, drive results and growth, support inclusion, and act in the interests of colleagues, customers, investors, and communities.
