About The Position

Kaizo Health is seeking a part-time Account Development Representative to support referral development with medical practices and personal injury law firms. The role involves in-field, face-to-face outreach to urgent care centers, law firms, and physician offices, helping build relationships so prospective patients and clients are referred to Kaizo Health for chiropractic or rehabilitation care. Positions cover areas near Landover, Fort Washington, and Rockville, Maryland, and/or Fairfax, Virginia. The role pays at least minimum wage, with performance-based bonus opportunities, and requires 5–10 hours per week. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel using reliable transportation.

Requirements

Comfort initiating conversations in professional office settings.
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Professional and reliable, with the ability to represent the brand independently.
Interest in healthcare, marketing, business development, or law.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Health Administration, Kinesiology, Pre-Law, or a related field; this background is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-person outreach to medical offices and law firms within the service area.
Deliver informational materials, clinical research, and referral resources.
Build professional relationships with office staff, physicians, and attorneys.
Research and identify high-potential referral partners, including orthopedists, primary care physicians, and personal injury attorneys.
Track outreach activity and referral trends to support marketing analysis.
