About The Position

Rankings.io is a dynamic digital marketing agency that helps law firms improve search rankings and grow through SEO and SEM services. The Account Coordinator is an entry-level role supporting the client services team. The coordinator helps manage day-to-day client tasks, reporting, and data analysis while building skills in SEO, PPC, task and project management, and client communication. The role involves supporting client calls, coordinating deliverables with internal teams, and contributing to campaign analysis and quality assurance.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, account support, or project coordination.
Strong attention to detail and time-management abilities.
Comfort using Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and project management software.
Exposure to SEO and/or PPC campaigns; expertise is not required, but willingness to learn is expected.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in an agency or marketing team setting.
Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console.
Understanding of legal marketing or professional services.

Responsibilities

Join client calls and take notes; the role supports calls rather than leading them.
Manage and update tasks and deadlines in project management tools.
Help prepare monthly client reports using campaign data and performance insights.
Assist with SEO analysis and keyword tracking, and identify performance opportunities.
Research PPC trends and campaign performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to keep client deliverables on track and align strategic campaign initiatives with client goals.
Perform quality assurance on client campaign tasks.
Stay informed about SEO and SEM best practices and industry updates.
