The role As an Account Coordinator, Brand Partnerships, you will play a key role in executing dedicated marketing plans with our major partners in the outdoor industry. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute ambitious projects while demonstrating strong analytical skills.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in digital media, sales, or retail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team spirit, professionalism, and autonomy.
  • Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and Asana (an asset).
  • Interest in the outdoors or fashion trends (an asset).

Responsibilities

  • Support account managers in the daily execution of marketing plans.
  • Create internal briefs and follow up with marketing channel leads to deploy paid initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as Buying and Studio & Content, to execute marketing initiatives based on product arrivals and content availability.
  • Develop and sell personalized marketing plans for level 2 and 3 brand partners in a timely manner.
  • Work with account managers to create marketing campaign reports.
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers, including those on the Marketplace.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brands and seasonal trends.
  • Provide administrative support to account managers.
