  • Monitor relevant subreddits (snowmobiling, powersports, EVs, marine, outdoor recreation) and participate in conversations authentically
  • Identify trending topics and community sentiment to inform messaging
  • Track performance metrics and flag what’s working (and what isn’t)
  • Support planning and logistics for trade shows, demo days, launch events, and community rides
  • Coordinate materials, swag, and on-site needs with internal teams and vendors
  • Represent Taiga on the ground and build relationships with attendees, dealers, and partners
  • Capture content at events for social and marketing use
  • Help with post-event reporting and follow-up
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and managing brand ambassadors across snowmobile and watercraft communities

  • Coordinate product seeding and ensure ambassadors have what they need to create content
  • Track ambassador performance and report on program ROI
  • Research and identify potential partners (brands, media, non-profits, creators, organizations) aligned with Taiga’s audiences
  • Support partnership outreach, negotiations, and agreement tracking
  • Coordinate co-marketing activations, joint content, and cross-promotion
  • Maintain partnership communications and performance reporting
  • Build and send email campaigns in Mailchimp, including promotional, newsletter, dealer, and events ends
  • Draft copy, source visuals, and QAsends across devices and email clients
  • Maintain and segment Mailchimp audiences, keeping lists clean, tagged, and up to date
  • Support audience strategy: segmentation, tagging conventions, and list hygiene
  • Track open, click, and engagement metrics and report on campaign performance
  • Contribute to campaign brainstorms and creative planning sessions
  • Support website updates and ad hoc projects as needed
  • Help maintain marketing asset libraries and brand guidelines documentation

Benefits
