About The Position
As an Account Associate for Tim Grommersch - State Farm Agent, you support daily business operations and customer success. You help grow the office by building meaningful customer relationships and connecting customer needs with agency departments. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
