ABA Supervisor

Cortica - Neurodevelopmental•Mission Viejo, CA
•$93,797 - $117,246•Hybrid

About The Position

Cortica is hiring an ABA Supervisor to oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for children receiving ABA treatment. The role leads behavior technicians and Assistant Supervisors and works within a transdisciplinary team to provide strength-based, holistic care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The position averages 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks. Bonus opportunities are tied to billable hours, while higher BCBA levels III and IV have reduced productivity targets of 22 hours to support leadership development and broader professional interests. The role offers autonomy over when and where cases are supervised, and administrative support for scheduling, billing, and credentialing. Up to 50% of the role can be performed remotely; telehealth is determined by the BCBA when clinically effective for the client and behavior technician. Cortica emphasizes collaboration with families, caregivers, and clinicians across disciplines, including occupational therapy, speech pathology, and pediatrics. Its care model prioritizes integrated, individualized, outcome-focused treatment and quality over quantity.
