1:1 Nurse (RN)
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a 1:1 Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one home health care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. Some clients require advanced care, including tracheostomy and ventilator management. Nurses without high-tech experience can receive paid, self-directed and tailored training to develop those skills. BAYADA provides paid training from day one in the office, in clients’ homes, and online, as well as practice in adult and pediatric simulation labs and around-the-clock clinical support by phone. Nurses use AlayaCare for electronic charting. Scheduling is flexible, with morning, evening, or overnight shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours, and cases matched to nurses’ preferences and commute needs. PRN, part-time, and full-time arrangements are available; there are no weekend or minimum-hour requirements.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
