About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring registered nurses to provide one-on-one, in-home care to adult and pediatric clients with a range of ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. Some clients require advanced care, including tracheostomy care and ventilation management. BAYADA provides paid, self-directed and tailored training to help nurses develop their clinical skills, with support in the office, in clients’ homes, and online. Nurses also have access to adult and pediatric simulation labs and around-the-clock clinical support by phone. Documentation is completed using AlayaCare.

The role offers shift work with flexible scheduling based on nurse preferences. Available shifts include mornings, evenings, and overnights, in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts. PRN, part-time, and full-time schedules are available, with no weekend or minimum-hour requirements. An additional bonus opportunity is offered for nurses available for Thursday through Sunday night shifts (7 p.m.–7 a.m.) or Monday through Sunday day shifts (7 a.m.–7 p.m.): $500 after 90 days, followed by quarterly payments, up to $1,500 total. The offer is valid through May 2027.

Requirements

• Hold a current, valid nursing license in the United States.
• Have graduated from a qualified nursing program.
• MAR-EPA.
