About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a 1:1 Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one home health care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. Some adult and pediatric clients require advanced care, including tracheostomy care and ventilation management. BAYADA provides paid, self-directed and tailored training to help nurses advance their clinical skills and feel prepared for their first shift. Nurses receive paid training in the office, in clients’ homes, and online; access to adult and pediatric simulation labs; around-the-clock clinical support by phone; and electronic charting using AlayaCare.

The role offers flexible scheduling based on nurse preferences, with morning, evening, or overnight shifts in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour increments. PRN, part-time, and full-time schedules are available, with no weekend or minimum-hour requirements. An additional bonus opportunity is available for nurses who can work Thursday through Sunday nights (7 p.m.–7 a.m.) or Monday through Sunday day shifts (7 a.m.–7 p.m.): $500 after 90 days, with quarterly payouts thereafter, up to $1,500 total. The offer is valid through May 2027.

Requirements

• Current, valid nursing license in the United States.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to home health clients.
