1:1 Nurse (RN)
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring registered nurses to provide one-on-one care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes. Clients may require advanced care, including tracheostomy care and ventilation management. The role offers paid, self-directed and tailored training, along with clinical support to help nurses develop their skills and feel prepared for their shifts. Nurses receive training in the office, in clients’ homes, and online; access to adult and pediatric simulation labs; and around-the-clock clinical support by phone. Electronic charting is completed using AlayaCare. Scheduling is flexible, with morning, evening, or overnight shifts available in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour lengths. PRN, part-time, and full-time schedules are offered, with no weekend or minimum-hour requirements.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one nursing care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes.
- Deliver advanced care as needed, including tracheostomy care and ventilation management.
- Complete electronic charting using AlayaCare.
