About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a registered nurse to provide one-on-one care to clients at home. The organization serves clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, including clients who may need advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. Nurses without high-tech experience can receive paid, self-directed and tailored training to build their skills.

Nurses receive paid training in the office, in the home, and online; practice in adult and pediatric simulation labs; and have around-the-clock clinical support by phone. Electronic charting is completed using AlayaCare. Scheduling is flexible based on nurse preferences, with cases matched to reduce commute times. Available shifts include morning, evening, or overnight, in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour full shifts. PRN, part-time, and full-time schedules are offered, with no weekend or minimum-hour requirements.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the United States.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
