About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a 1:1 Registered Nurse to provide in-home care to adult and pediatric clients. Clients may need advanced care, including tracheostomy care and ventilation management. The role offers one-on-one shift work, flexible scheduling based on nurse preferences, and assignments matched to cases nearby. Nurses may work morning, evening, or overnight shifts in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour blocks, with PRN, part-time, and full-time options. The posting states there are no weekend or minimum-hour requirements.

BAYADA provides paid, self-directed and tailored training, including training in the office, in clients’ homes, and online, as well as practice in adult and pediatric simulation labs. Nurses receive around-the-clock clinical support by phone and use AlayaCare electronic charting. A bonus opportunity is available for nurses who can work either Thursday through Sunday nights, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., or Monday through Sunday days, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The offer provides $500 after 90 days, with quarterly payouts thereafter, up to $1,500 total; it is valid through May 2027.

Requirements

• Hold a current, valid nursing license in the United States.
• Graduate from a qualified nursing program.

Responsibilities
