About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a 1:1 Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care to clients of all ages and across a range of diagnoses and acuity levels. Some clients require advanced care, including tracheostomy and ventilator management. Nurses may work morning, evening, or overnight shifts in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour blocks, with scheduling flexibility based on their preferences and cases matched to reduce commute times. PRN, part-time, and full-time schedules are available, with no weekend or minimum-hour requirements stated.

BAYADA prepares nurses through paid training beginning on day one, including training in the office, in the home, and online; practice in adult and pediatric simulation labs; and around-the-clock clinical support by phone. Electronic charting is performed using AlayaCare. Nurses without high-tech experience may receive paid, self-directed and tailored training to develop those skills.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
